This experience was a life-changing one and was a great way to end to his time at CMCC and provide a fantastic start into his chiropractic career.

Dr. Armstrong is firm believer in a holistic approach to health. It is his goal to help you achieve and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. He believes that it is important for patients to focus on all the aspects influencing their health: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, in order to achieve optimal health and restore function. He believes in focusing in on the root of the problem and not just treating the pain symptoms alone.

Dr. Armstrong is a very active individual and believes that the sooner one gets involved in physical activity, the less likely it is that the problem with become chronic. In 1994, Dr. Armstrong was drafted to the Oshawa Generals OHL team and continued to play hockey throughout his university career. He also enjoys sports such as golf, waterskiing, lacrosse, biking and swimming along with many other activities.
